I placed an order with them on May 4th. First of all, my order wasnt ever PROCESSED until 10 days later.
I assumed that once the order was processed, I could expect my part in 3-5days, as I paid for express shipping. BAD IDEA!
2 weeks after this, I still had not received my part, so I emailed them, and got no response, so I phoned them 4 days after sending them an email.
Apparently, the part was out of stock, and they had just got it back in. (note: when I ordered the part, I actually stated that if the part was out of stock to let me know, because I would just order it from my panasonic/technics, instead of going through them)
At this point, if I went through panasonic to get it, I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks for it to ship, so I figured that I would be better off just to stick it out with 1200s.com, seeing as they just got the part in.
I was assured that the part was being shipped that day, and to expect and email confirming the shipment and giving me a tracking number.
Well, after 3-4 days I STILL hadnt got an email with a tracking number and the status of my part on their site still indicated it had not shipped.
I phoned them again.
Apparently there was a mix up with their shipping department, and it hadnt shipped. I was now assured that it would be shipping that day, and again, to expect an email with a tracking number.
Guess what happened? On their site, my order status had updated to shipped but I wasnt given a tracking number. At this point, I figured it was shipped, so I waited.... and waited.... and waited.... nothing.
I phoned them again.
Apparently, again there was another mix up, and my order STILL hadnt shipped. So they lied to me and updated my order status on their site, even though the part hadnt shipped. NICE!!
Assured the part was shipping that day, I was finally given a tracking number, which made me feel somewhat better. Until I decided to actually track my part, and found that on the postal site, that all the tracking number I recieved meant, was 1200s.com had contacted the USPS, and let them know that there was a package to ship.
Im here now over a month later, STILL waiting for my part. I cant get any information from the USPS because they are saying there is no information on my package, so I dont even know if it really has shipped, and the people at 1200s.com refuse to return any of my phone calls.
I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, as you will probably end up with a ton of headaches before you get your part.

i ordered my parts on the 4th jan,2 months ago!
they took my money,told me my parts are not due into stock until 30th jan so i expected my order at least 2 weeks later. WRONG! i have emailed them 5 times with no reply, called them 4 times with no answer! they dont call back either.
the website says they have moved blah blah blah.
then there was an ice storm blah blah blah.
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THEM!

REAL SHIT HAPPENS!...1200s.com is just a few guys in a garage that don't have anything IN stock...NOT SKILLED SHOP..SPECIAL TO DAVIS-u never answer the message. ....
fully agree-DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THEM!
I am using Stanton STR8-150 and they are better I think :)

This is the worst place to even think about ordering anything from. Don't even go there. I've been waiting for over six weeks for my order. Do not pay extra for 3 day shipping, it doesn't work. I've been lied to over the phone multiple times and they absolutely do not ever answer emails. I don't know if this company really exists, or if it's just a guy running a good scam. I'm now looking into taking legal action against 1200s.com in small claims court. I'm not trying to talk a lot of crap (this is the super-duper condensed version of my sad story about 1200s.com). I just want to give others a heads up, so BEWARE!!!
