lorenzo often demands that we take him out -- very often. he seems like a very social little one and gets bored by hanging around the house, so we take advantage of the great city we live in. believe it or not, so far lorenzo's been to 4 museums (natural history, metropolitan, moma, whitney), 1 zoo (central park), 1 aquarium (ny aquarium), coney island (and nathan's -- although he didn't eat there), the brooklyn botanic garden (many, many times) a lot of walks in Sunset Park (5th Ave. and Chinatown) and lots of subway rides. this past weekend, in addition to a visit by lolo and lola (that's grandma and grandpa in tagalog), we took a walk in the west village and down the river-side park on the west side through battery park city. whew! no one told me i'd spend so much time walking around when we had a baby. it's time to invest in some hiking shoes.
