My latest project is a web site I put up in less than a week in order to sell our house in Brooklyn. Since we've been looking, I've been comparing a lot of the real estate sites in the NYC area. Corcoran does it right. Everyone else pretty much fails. Lot of photos, floor plans and details about expenses, school district, etc. are important. What this site adds is a few personal-sounding descriptions to make you feel like it's a home you're buying, not just a house.
